CRT have issued revised Terms and Conditions for boat licences. Most of the changes are related to the name change from BW to CRT, but there are other changes.

It seems that the boating team cannot resist the temptation to play with the small print. Ms Sally Ash CRT’s Head of Boating helpful tells us that none of these changes are “hugely significant”. Well she would say that, wouldn’t she? If they are not significant, then why make the changes at all?
