Phase 1: Move the Previous NABO News to the Reference Section

1. Name the PREVIOUS NABO News pdf file on your computer as the Issue Number e.g. 7.pdf
2. Double-click on the year folder for the PREVIOUS NABO News – e.g. nn-2009 (This will show the list of pdf and htm files 1.htm, 1.pdf to 7.htm, 7.pdf)
3. Delete the holding pdf file for the previous NABO News by clicking on the (Remove File) button at the right of that pdf file e.g. 7.pdf
4. When asked "You are about to delete file [7.pdf] from the repository. Are you sure you wish to proceed?", click OK. The holding file will disappear.
5. Go down to the bottom of this list to follow the next step (7)

6. (You should have just deleted the holding pdf file for the previous NABO News Issue – steps 3-4)
7. Click on the Browse button above right and locate the previous NABO News pdf file on your computer that you named earlier e.g. 7.pdf
8. Select (double-click or click and "Open") that pdf file. The file location will appear in the box to the left of the Browse button
9. Click on the(Upload a new file) button to the right of the Browse button, then return to these instructions at the bottom of this page.
10. Click here to go to the 2nd Phase – Upload the Latest Issue to the Members Section (You can do this later, if you wish, by choosing this option from the User Menu).
