Parliament formally agreed the legislation for the transfer of functions of BW to the CRT and to abolish the IWAAC on 27 June 2012.

Parliament approved the orders without debate on Wednesday evening. The orders had been debated earlier in the week by committees of the House of Lords and the Commons.
